Who we are
Alzia is a web design, automation and data studio in Guatemala. This site is alziadigital.com.
What we receive
- Contact form: your name, company, email, WhatsApp number and message. Company and WhatsApp are optional.
- Email and WhatsApp: whatever you send us through them, along with your address or number.
- Visits: we count them anonymously with Vercel Web Analytics. It records which pages are viewed, the site you came from, your approximate country and city, and your device and browser type. It uses no cookies, stores nothing that identifies you, and discards each session after 24 hours.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare a proposal and follow up on your project. Anonymous visit counts help us improve the site.
We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we work with
We use services that process data on our behalf. Vercel hosts the site and counts visits. Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox. ImprovMX and Google’s Gmail receive our email. Demo photos load from Pexels.
These services may store data on servers outside Guatemala, such as in the United States.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to serve you or to meet legal obligations such as invoicing. If you ask us to delete it, we will, except what the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you.

If we change this page, we’ll update the date above.
